yeah bro but only few top advocates who knows how bureaucracy and collegium system works also have core connections so they can easily change any type of decisions in few hours . sadly our Indian law is totally depends on money and power even if you killed someone you have still chance to move freely by using mentally unstable IPC acts etc .....
