Suggest according to building a profitable big scalable business and not a startup with very unique approaches like freepaani.io however ideas are welcomed. don't go for mineral water, go for sparkling water. advertise it in premium way and target the price according to mass premium brands like 50-70rs. you can get way to good margins in it.
