India has World largest uniform Youth organisation called NCC and approximately the budget allocated in their traning is 3,200 crores annually . We have 13 Lakh + active candidates but India is not currently using them efficiently even they are not giving any type of revenue to the country and still that's world biggest Youth force . How we can use them efficiently ?
