Solution — Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Karnataka, Goa, Assam, Tripura, Nagaland, Mizoram, and Arunachal Pradesh are the Indian States that is great choice for palm oil farming. Every 1 acre land you get 30% profit margin and currently wholesale price of 1 litre palm oil is around 38-40rs and every palm oil tree produce 40 litres of oil annually and you can grow 150-200 trees in one acre land approximately you get 1 lakh revenue from 1 acre land annually and the life span of palm oil tree is 40 -45 years and average palm oil trees take 2-3 years to grow . What do you think demand is High and production is low ?
