What are your views on companies hiring freshers from tier 2-3 colleges for 2.4-4 LPA?
Is it the curse of education that a Zomato delivery partner would earn more and they can not act on it? What needs to change here?
Why it is too hard for freshers to find the first job in IT sector 🥲. Every company wants minimum 1 year experience even from freshers how will they get experience.
