Wouldn't a better solution be to build something to help restaurants plan better to avoid excess in the first place? Not sure if they even see it as a problem or not. And maybe that's what the problem is.
What is a problem that you wish had solution...a problem you faced and found no solution or no good solution to it...I want a problem like that so ican find a solution and build a startup around it
