I am sharing a idea by which we can create a lots of profit with 100 crores of employment. below is the idea. 1st we have to take crores Acer of farming land in rent from farmers in contact basis. take the same farmers as an employee in contact to work on same land and gives them a minimal salary and gives them trust that you will help in every type issue like helath and financial. and in benefits you will get all the farm output. and also put those farmers in marketing and other types of activities for more profit. by this we get more profit and we can solve unemployment from the country.

contract farming model is not gonna work as it a malpractice, first of all no farmer will give his land on rent and work under any man. who will take all the benifits and the farmer won't get his sweat money.
