when it was launched I was wondering if it would disrupt the market but nothing happened. The richest guy of India couldn't sustain the beverages industry was a surprise. Maybe in future who knows

in my opinion two things play major role 1) taste is not good 2) brand positioning it position towards cheap side

brand value Plays here of coca cola and Pepsi.

From retail to FMCG Reliance products are pretty average to below average. I stopped shopping from them.

Campa Cola struggles to compete with Coca-Cola due to its lower brand recognition, limited distribution network, and fewer product offerings. While Coca-Cola invests heavily in marketing and innovation, Mota Bhai needs to improve its brand perception and expand its product range .

This time they have a pretty solid distribution though i don’t think many people are having it. At least not my friends

They failed to connect with consumers, bad taste, bad marketing, worst branding, no differentiation
