another thing is the applicant knows that he applied for a genuine one & yes all the data will be shared with HR aswell.... They can call personally to enquire about him & in the application I am providing they can have notes about the applicant & can bookmark him if wanted. The Automation message was to say that he didn't applied for a fake companies in the market & this may assist the HR productivity aswell... I believe 🤔
