Is having google the only authentication system for an app is a good idea? Coz google authentication is simple and I don't want to jump into phone number and OTP stuff

Copying someone's idea and implementing is not innovation therefore it's not a startup it is business and business run on profits not revenue.

What you think the most obvious reason for startup failure.
For me it is not having huge market and the solution is not that good that customer will pay for it.
