Announcement : Medial's Startup Showcase Winners for September 2024- After a month long marathon of brainstorming and seeing amazing ideas, we finally have the winners for this month's Startup Showcas selected by our Marmik Mankodi. Congrats to the winners. I hope you guys make it big! 1st Place- UrbannFarm by Satyam Anand 2nd Place- Portfolio Dev by Mamidela Dinesh Kumar 3rd Place- Currently by Mitesh Shethwala All 250+ ideas had insane potential but as per the rules we could select only 3. This competition will happen every month and I urge you to keep refining your ideas, your pitch and keep trying again! We will share detailed feedback on top 25 ideas of requested by the participants. Please DM me if you need that. Also please apply to Red Bull Basement because even if you didn't win here, you might win there and go to Tokyo. Launching October's Startup Showcase before 5th Oct! Prepare well!

I can list startups doing the same thing: AeroGarden Click & Grow Farm Fresh Urban Kisaan K-Link India As for your second winner, portfolio.dev—isn't that the same as HackerRank, Codility, or even LinkedIn and Medial, where you can showcase your work? they can use some gimmick words but it doesn't change fact And the third winner, Currently App? It’s a mess. They don’t even know what they’re doing, trying to be a mix of TikTok and Snapchat. poor decision , didn't expect this from medial 😑 you should reconsider your winners , they are just existing things , copy or useless mess

Honest reaction from my side : I won't defame any ideas ranked out, Congratulations to the winners 🏆 But I wanna give my opinion about this , I feel that there were many ideas that were unique and feasible in today's world. The selection may not done by the medial team 🎗️ But I think you should look into this as early as possible. At least you can mention the selection basis of any ideas selected by the investors . hey , I see many people upset with the choice for winners , but guys people get rejected hundreds of times by VCs that doesn't mean their idea didn't had potential or didn't went on to become successful companies . keep faith , keep building ya, but if you are here to just win the prize amount you should continue crying upon winners medial team should have have listed honourable mentions like last time and once again what the selection criteria was ? you should have made clear Niket Raj Dwivedi Harsh Dwivedi
