Can anyone tell me which is the better option for funding: approaching an angel investor or a venture capitalist? And could you also explain how they differ from each other?

If someone doesn't want to start his business without funding or like has software business like medial what shall he do i mean process if someone could explain?
Why are every Start-Ups running after Funding?
They can build a business like Zerodha. Do business on your money and become profitable. Investors will pressure you to get their money back and many start ups have failed after getting money.
