If you look at almost all the biggest startups (mostly from 2010 onwards), they are basically habit-changing platforms. Take these examples: Zomato: Who needs an online food ordering platform when we can just call and order food? Zepto: Who needs 10-minute delivery when we can just buy groceries from a nearby store? Ola: Who needs a cab booking platform when we can just find a taxi outside our house? Airbnb: Why would anyone live in someone else's house? UrbanClap: Why do we need an app to hire a plumber, carpenter, etc when we can just call them directly? Dunzo: Why would we need someone to pick up and deliver goods within the same city? At the time of start, probobly everyone would have asked the founders these questions. But as you can see now, each of these companies has completely changed our habits, and all have become unicorns! What do you think?
