You can inquire with the Kerala government. They are looking to start coding classes in all government schools from 7th or 8th std onwards
I was just thinking about how it would be if the government decided to provide tax benefits to business owners for teaching classes in colleges and schools.

It's a common practice for science students to do entrance along with 11th and 12th. The entrance coaching centre will conduct weekend classes in each schools. They will start preparing the students from 11th itself for their Jee and Neet exams.
