Yes it was created by Wieden+Kennedy and 😂 seriously people's like you don't even know why he gives contract of designing to American company , in reality Indian designers are currently in growing stage and most of them don't have global standards so that's obvious that global company will win this contract and according to competition commission of India every government contract issues on the basis of quality and performance also that's unfair for global companies if we give directly contract to any Indian company so please do some research before writing any illogical facts .
