i agree with you to some extent. This is exploiting the poor in true sense but on the other hand it is giving them a sense of purpose and a bit of financial aid rather than being completely unemployed. This really is a good idea for someone who actually wants to upskill with the money they earned. Personally saw a case where he worked for Zomato, got a certification on frontend dev and is now working in a small services company as dev in tier 3 city. Not a substantial hike in income but better than working in scorching heat and rain.
