I don't really think, a founder means he gets to sleep only 2 hrs 3 hrs 4 hrs like elon musk. It actually depends on them. See if you got some problem that's not getting fixed, you generally take more time than daily to solve it. If solved you sleep, if not you keep trying that's it. And it also doesn't mean that less sleep for the founder, more successful the company. Even founders are humans right
