U can take reference from the book Behave by Robert sapolsky! Empathy isn't just a human thing. Even found in rodent like vole. Voles are excellent lovers.🫰 There's a dedicated chapter on this. Go through the affective and cognitive side of empathy will give u a broader perspective and practical ways to practice empathy.
