Hey, I am very sorry to hear this. The work culture needs to support completion of work as well as progress of your skills personally so you can keep getting better. If you feel it is difficult in india but you are a decent dev then do try some remote jobs in the US, the work culture is better (speaking from experience) Try going on YCombinators site and look for job openings for remote work and if you crack it then definitely you will find enough time to learn and upskill.
