To address this problem, we are introducing a platform called Intarview.com. With Intarview, you simply apply for a job and receive an interview meeting link where you will be interviewed by an AI. The AI will ask you about your education, knowledge, and experience, giving you the chance to demonstrate how you're the perfect fit. Based on your answers, the AI will score you on the skills, knowledge, and your work experience ( if applicable) with the requirements with the job, and this score will be shown to recruiters, who can then handle the rest of the process. This will give Top best candidate to recruiter with more relevant skills, Knowledge and work experience ( if applicable) and candidate will get the job that he is dreaming off and will get the chance to give his/her best to get a job.
