As we all have faced the frustration of not being called for an interview despite having good experience and education, we know how discouraging it can be. Many of us have been in a situation where we apply for a job, fully aware that we’re a perfect fit, passionate about the role, and knowledgeable, but we struggle to express all of that on a CV. We often wait for the chance to prove ourselves to HR, to show that no candidate is better suited for the role.

So true, the CVs get thrown throught the ATS system and it decides whether the words and alignment of my CV makes me a good fit. SO unfair, if only someone looked in my eye or knew me personally, they would know how maniacal I am about my work but I guess nothing beats beating the final line.

To address this problem, we are introducing a platform called Intarview.com. With Intarview, you simply apply for a job and receive an interview meeting link where you will be interviewed by an AI. The AI will ask you about your education, knowledge, and experience, giving you the chance to demonstrate how you're the perfect fit. Based on your answers, the AI will score you on the skills, knowledge, and your work experience ( if applicable) with the requirements with the job, and this score will be shown to recruiters, who can then handle the rest of the process. This will give Top best candidate to recruiter with more relevant skills, Knowledge and work experience ( if applicable) and candidate will get the job that he is dreaming off and will get the chance to give his/her best to get a job.
