There's a good old saying... "Where there is will, there is a way." Remember that childhood trip that you had to wake up early in the morning at 5? Your brain (biological clock) automatically wakes you up! That's the thing, isn't it? Not every tomorrow is as exciting as that trip. That's the problem. If you find a work around that, I'm sure you will succeed. I'm suffering from it too. Maybe it's because of the tablets but I can't let those pills decide my habits. I should have control over my mind. Not the other way around. Hah, I even brought a vintage analogue alarm bell ⏰ thinking that would wake me up! Because my phone wasn't working anymore. I would just sleep through the audio... but even that bell, every morning, I wake up. I see it turned off. I don't even remember doing that! No one else lives on my floor. Naa boura... haha wish it was hens boura! ROFL
