That's too much moderation and then what's the use case of anonymity feature because everyone wants to represent thier thoughts without moderation
That's why google is market leader because they are respecting thier employees and giving every daily use thing if employees wants to leave google then he needs to sacrifice huge perks .
In discord server there is a option for muting somebody for 10 min to 12 hours , that's much needed feature for punishing users on this plateform without banning them permanently.
