Don't go with subscription model. Because there are many and its hard to sell to businesses. Take commission based approach. This will excite the businesses more because if you can give them business they will be happy to give something back. and repeat it.

Social media agency is the most lame and scammy business. I hate it, overpromise during sales and underdeliver during service and keep big logos on websites to charge premium pricing but the service is always a hit and miss. Very incompetent way of earning money. Shameful even but all the best buddy.
