If you have build a chatbot used by 1000s of user with real use case, you would know why a chatbot which seems so easier due to recent GenAI boom is still not a market ready product. I have tested a large number of chatbot in the market and most of them can easily be crashed. now that does not mean they are not usefull . They still solve customer problem and is an essential part of the service. The point is you as a business owner needs to know why you need a chatbot for your business
