Hello everyone. I've spent the last 18 months working on Generative AI, and I've learned a thing or two about building effective chatbots. My own chatbot has been used by thousands of people, and I've also created AI agents for businesses. But here's the thing: most chatbots out there just aren't that useful. They try to do too much and end up giving generic answers. People use chatbots because they want quick and accurate answers to their questions. They don't need fancy responses, just straightforward solutions. One thing that really frustrates users is when chatbots make them choose from multiple options or click through to more information. If someone's looking for an answer, just give it to them! Don't make them jump through hoops unless they ask for more. To build better chatbots, we need to focus on simplicity, speed, and getting the basics right. That's how we'll create tools that genuinely help people. let me know what's your take on it.
