Hey everyone! I'm in the process of starting a food cart business and have been struggling to find a 100 sqft space in high foot traffic areas. I've approached several property owners, but unfortunately, they've all turned me down. Unfortunately, setting up in public spaces isn't an option, as the local corporation won't issue a license. I'm looking for advice on how to approach property owners more effectively and present my business in a way that shows them the value of renting out a small space.
