I left drinking in June 2022 and since than I barely have 2-4 pegs a year. Totally social. Left smoking Dec'22. Haven't touched a ciggrate since. I don't remember ever going back to these vices for coping. I do remember that first 3-4 months of leaving ciggrate was very difficult because you would miss those moments. When I am sad or feeling low I go for a run, workout, eat healthy, eat something exciting. You don't need these poisons. You think you do, you really don't.
