Anu, I would suggest you to stick to a problem rather than solution you can provide. what you can do is jot out the following. 1.what problem are you solving in the same industry? or are you just trying to introduce a new feature that feels way cooler. 2.understand your users take their perspective and requirement and then plan on build a product/solution

bro at this level the only possible way it to focus on design because rest of thing are outsourced only . Software wise you won't be able to build with a small team so focus on Design . Go to china talk to manufacturers and give them your design and some specs they will give you the product . Rest is just marketing. now easy said then done. But this is the best case scenario

All your education background and friend's background is great but you guys are not gonna make smart phones by hand in your garage right? What's the point of having that degree and learning c and all. You need to design shit and send it out to china to be mass produced like samsung and apple and every ohter phone company in the world. I am seeing a grass root level startup idea in execution. Heres the deal. My society has an acute maid shortage. So, my maid has started a recruitment system, where she talks to flats, asks their requirements and places maids in those flats. She also negotiates the maids salary. For 1st month, the flat owner deposits the salary directly in my maid accounts and my maid then takes her cut and gives the salary to the candidate placed in the flat. For next 3 months, she takes a small fee which is about 200rp. She is now responsible for nearly 40% of the maids in the society. Apart from the 3 houses that she works in, she gets paid from another 50 without working there. Her Monthly earnings range from 56,000 to 75,000 per month. The catch: she changes maids from a particular flat after every 6 months. Brilliant! She is now in growth phase and expanding to nearby societies. We suggested her to also check for housekeeping staff. She did that with zero knowledge of business fundas.
