Curiosity led me closer, and I found several delivery partners taking a break. A quick Google search later, I discovered these Rest Points are set up for delivery partners to recharge between orders, offering essentials like Wi-Fi, drinking water, phone charging, and even first aid. What’s even better? Delivery partners from other platforms, like Swiggy, are also welcome. It's a small but thoughtful initiative that shows how companies can support the backbone of the gig economy in meaningful ways.

Ohh that's pretty awesome! I got to know about one cake shop through youtube who offers the delivery partner similar thing. Like water, charging point, chairs, etc and because of that the Delivery Partners use to deliver the food carefully leading to no damages to the cakes and pastries. These guys are working in the heat, rain, and traffic, delivering our food. A Rest Point with basic amenities is a nice touch, but it’s just a drop in the ocean compared to the challenges they face daily.
