maybe, maybe not due to price fluctuations, regulations, safety issues, gas fees , etc. although this can be resolved. so who knows. it's too early to judge tbh

also maybe the crypto is so volatile because it's treated more as an investment opportunity rather than a real currency. so that may get stable in the future.
