Just thought:- What if there was a digital currency backed by something tangible and stable, I think it should be land, not any metals as we precisely don't know the total gold present on the earth which is in human hands? Each unit of currency would represent a share of a diversified global property portfolio, providing a store of value that's less volatile than traditional cryptocurrencies. The limited supply of land would ensure a capped supply of currency, preventing inflation. It's an innovative way to rethink currency and provide a more stable store of value in the digital age. I think if implemented, this could revolutionarise the world or might become another hyped idea. What do you think? Please do give your perspectives in the comments section. That's a kind of crazy idea, to be honest. Bitcoin is scarce in its program itself. Who will going to maintain the legal rights of owning land considering the different laws in different countries? And overall, you would need the decentralized scope to implement this idea. Then why associate that with scarce commodity when we have programmable scarcity?
