Lol the UI person quit it seems for a job that actually pays them. Sounds like a personal enough reason to me. All the best buddy. There is no amount of work exceot for hardcore deep tech that you cannot learn as you build by yourself. This asking for free labor and sayin you will pay after securing funding is not a good thing. Will you start paying after funding or there will be back pay for all the months of unpaid work too? If backpay is there then you are going in a heavy debt as soon as you raise funds, if you are able to raise any but all the best still. Hope I am proven wrong and the hardworking folks making your dream a reality get fairly compensated for the effort they put in.
