I think you have already built and are just delivering by replacing the code, because I'm sure if i want to build something my first 4-6 days will be for only my client objective, research, prototype , flow, even i have to talk to my client what they want ,where they want. I'm not saying that you can't build. but I'm a bit confused when you say MVP is ready in 1 week like Zomato, zepto.
