The content should be of high quality and provide significant value to customers for free so that they are at least motivated to click on your material. Sometimes, you might notice that people engage with your content, ask questions, but don’t end up purchasing your product or service. This doesn’t mean they aren’t interested—it’s just human nature to explore multiple options. Your job is to give a wake-up call regularly through quality content, along with details about your product or service (ideally at the end, in the form of a CTA). This way, those who were initially distracted from purchasing will be reminded and less likely to resist the next time.
