Grow slowly don't rush capture teir 2 and teir 3 cities if u capture them one the big giants come to u and offer good amount to ur company bcz ur already well established.. One of my friend started food delivery app in his own city in Andhra now he crossed around 1500 delivery in 3 months it is very small when compared to big gaints but one day it will be acquired.
