Yeah any business that tries to sell you a solution to your insecurity does well. Look at fair and lovely historically, look at invisible aligners for teeth, women have insecurity about wrinkles, stretch marks, dark spots on underarms etc and men have insecurity about their stomach and loss of hair on head or no growth of hair on face.
