Shares ka funda yeh hai ki banda apni value prove kare pehle. Randomly de doge toh banda ya toh aalsi ho jayega ya fir bas short-term mein sochke nikal lega. Pehle unko apna commitment dikhane do, phir baat equity ki karna.

Bilkul sahi bola bhai! Starting mein shares dena bewakoofi hai. Sabko lagta hai team ko incentivize karenge, lekin 8-9 months ka time toh dekhna hi chahiye to know if they're actually worth it. Warna free mein equity deke baad mein regret karoge
