I think toxic work culture ka aaj kal ke employees galat matlab nikalte hain mere personal experience ke according agar apka founder ya team lead apko bol raha hain kaam karne ko or aap bahana bana rhe ho kaam nhi kar rhe ho loss horha hain apke Karan and tab aap agar sochoge ki apse respact se baat krega apka founder ya team manager toh aap galat ho yeh diffrance smaj na padega logo ko mere according.

yeh bhi zaroori hai ki employees apne kaam ko seriously lein aur apni zimmedariyon ko samjhein. Aapne jo point uthaya hai, woh aaj ke work culture mein ek real issue ban gaya hai. Balance banana zaroori hai, lekin dono taraf se responsibility aur understanding ki bhi zaroorat hai.
