😤This chatbot neither it solves problem nor it connects to customer support. And these startup guys and founder flex about it that they have chatbot and all . Bhai chatbot pe jitna kharcha kiya utna employee ko dedo salary badhake. Why can't we directly speak to customer service .BC 5 min lagta hai connect karne me agar connect bhi hogaya toh janakari ke liye 1 dabao 2 dabao . abe directly call kyu nahi hota support team ko. infuture mai agar koi startup karunga toh directly call ya msg rakhunga ye bullshit nahii.

actually you can't handle so many queries at a same time when your startup is too big let's take a example you have 10 lakh active customer base Now you have 5 calling numbers and peoples are calling your for getting small illogical information but chat bots instantly solve most of the problem of so many peoples no matter how small it is and for big and complex problems they will allows us to call at the end of all suggestions they given us . also ai integration solving this in a much better way 10 lakh active customer ma se ager 0.1 ne bhe call diya ak sath tho mostly people's ka call busy jayegaa ho har questions ko solve karne me 5 min bhe lagte ha ... isliye be practical
