You're trying to solve two problems. Construction project management and property aggregation platform. One is B2B setup. Other is B2C. You can't concentrate on both at the same time. So you have to pick one. In B2B project management, it's hard to sell to individual developers. You have to target construction companies which are very few. As far as I remember, there are softwares for the same. I would suggest you talk to different contractors and established construction companies whether they are looking for a solution like this. For B2C the are platforms like Housing, 99 acres, No broker. Analyse these and see if your solution is different than those. If yes, then do a little research whether people buy from a platform like this. Coming to tech part. Building a tech product is easy. Building a business from it is hard. So do the research first and all the best.
