Well I blame brain drain for this, most those companies are led by indian execs. Tells u a lot.

I think the main reason is because those bright brains don't get an opportunity in India because the first thing Indian companies ask to freshers is "how much experience you have?" and for experienced one also the Indian Job market is terrible
