The idea is to offer essential features like customer tracking, follow-ups, and cloud storage for just ₹200/month. A lot of us are on the move, especially small entrepreneurs. If your CRM isn’t mobile-friendly or doesn’t have a good app, it’ll be tough to use regularly. Desktop is secondary for me.

Most CRMs are way too complicated for startups. We just need basic lead tracking, follow-ups, and some reminders. Don’t clutter it with unnecessary features like most CRMs do. Focus on ease of use.
