It's a simple, cloud-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool designed to handle basic things like managing contacts, leads, sales pipelines, and tasks. The idea is to keep it affordable — I’m thinking of pricing it at around ₹200 per month. I’d love to get your thoughts on this before moving forward. Here’s what I need help with: Would you use something like this for your startup? What features are most important to you in a CRM? Do you think ₹200/month sounds reasonable for a basic CRM? I’d really appreciate any feedback, even if it’s just a quick thought. Yeah that's really affordable for Early stages vendors and businesses but thinking about quality and service after sales also features that you provide is same as premium crm software right ?

Yeah i would surely use it 200 per month for a startup is affordable price I would like to have a list of active customers and non active customers so that i can follow up the non active customers saving a lot of time
