Agreed, $1B is down the drain if it fails. What if it doesn't!? That's the whole point here. Stamina of US VCs v/s Indian VCs. Indo VCs can never achieve their feat. Also SSI is short form for Safe Super Intelligence, the actual company name, not any futuristic pipe dream. They have clear mission and that's y the fund granted for their pitch.
