Hey bro, I already mentioned clearly about monitoring and reporting even mentioned about proof of purpose and seed approvals from goverment also mentioned about you can sell it goverment . Licensing fees is 50k but obviously this is India so person needs to give some etc fee I think Only thing I missed is exporting throw GOAW department which is controlled by government
