Brother I think you need some more research in this sector cuz getting licence to grow opium is not easy as you think and if you get it anyhow every single opium plant is strictly controlled by government and they'll buy your whole crop and sell it to pharmaceutical companies they won't allow you to directly sell it to anymore and if you did then happy journey to the jail.

Hey bro, I already mentioned clearly about monitoring and reporting even mentioned about proof of purpose and seed approvals from goverment also mentioned about you can sell it goverment . Licensing fees is 50k but obviously this is India so person needs to give some etc fee I think Only thing I missed is exporting throw GOAW department which is controlled by government
