Judges check the novelty in those ideas and qualify them for the prize man.They aren't dumb enough to approve dumb ideas

The cancer one was just to give example, ofcourse even I have 20 novelty ideas to compete. You are missing my point of accountability. Say I enter the competition with my imaginary idea just for sake of bagging the prize money but with no itent of la
