First off, decide whether you want to go with a freelancer, a development agency, or hire in-house. Agencies might cost more but usually have the experience to deliver a full product. If you’re new, an agency might save you a lot of headaches. Freelancers are cheaper but can be hit or miss, especially if you don’t know what to look for.
