"Hi everyone, my name is Rehan, and I’m 17 years old. My family and I run a pharmacy business, and we now have four pharmacy stores in Worli. I want to create a large company, either expanding this business or something similar. I know many people suggest getting into manufacturing, but everyone is doing that already. I want to do something big, something future-focused—like what UHI (Unified Healthcare Interface) is aiming for. I believe that's the future, and I see all the big players like Netmeds, Apollo, Pharmeasy, etc., working on this. My dad and I discuss every day what our next step should be because he's getting tired of the retail business. We're looking for something more innovative and impactful."

The traditional retail model is on its way out. If your dad’s getting tired, take it as a sign. Build something scalable. Consider launching a health-tech startup that does more than just sell drugs—how about a platform that offers health tracking, reminders for meds, and telehealth services? This would give you recurring revenue and a loyal customer base.

Retail in pharma is tough, especially with margins getting squeezed. UHI could be a goldmine if you play your cards right, but you’ll need tech expertise to pull that off. Maybe partner with someone who has a strong tech background? Also, think about telemedicine or even personalized medicine—both are set to blow up.

Like to suggest why not do every sunday camps of blood check sugar testung thyriod every sunday one camp at any location it could be anything u requires space etc u can type up with apollo,thyrocare etc. Thr cost should be effective .n the camp should be morning for 3 to 4 hours. Out of 52 sundays if u can roughly 40 sundays u can get beneficial starting or monthly one kind of a camp at your retail out let than u can expand further.
